Residents in South-east Cornwall are being asked for their views on rail travel in the area to help Cornwall Council and the Devon & Cornwall Rail Partnership understand the issues that might prevent people from travelling by train.

This can include any barriers in travelling to and from railway stations in south-east Cornwall, for example by foot, by bike or public transport.

The survey, which has been produced by the Council working with the Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership, will run until Monday 5 May. The survey is aimed at residents living in Calstock, Gunnislake, Liskeard, Looe, Menheniot, St. Germans and Saltash.

Significant investment has been made in rail over the last ten years bringing with it more mainline and branch line journeys and reliable services. However, we want to make sure that anyone who wants to travel by train can and this survey will help the Council prioritise future infrastructure and public transport projects.
